We are holding a one-day, 50% Off Fixed Price insertion fee sale starting Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ending that same day, Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Fixed Price listings on eBay.com that were created prior to November 10, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period will also be eligible for the special promotional rate. During the 50% Off Fixed Price Insertion Fee Sale: For Fixed Price format listings on eBay, the insertion fee will be 50% off. This promotion will not apply to Motors vehicles or non-vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format, and Store Inventory listings. This promotion also does not apply to auction-style listings or auction-style listings with the Buy-it-Now listing upgrade option. All other fees (including Final Value Fees and optional listing upgrade fees such as Border, Highlight, Gallery, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus!, Listing Designer, Bold, Subtitle, Reserve, Extended Duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged.
