eBay Strategies - revisited Webinar
As most of you know, this blog is the continuation of a book I wrote in late 2005, eBay Strategies. A lot has changed on eBay in the last two years and I frequently get asked about updating the book. That's not in the cards unfortunately, but what IS in the cards is a webinar.
On March 14th, I'll be hosting a Webinar at 2pm EST called "eBay Strategies for 2007". I'll be updating many of the strategies, introducing new ones and also revisiting all of the case studies that were in the original book to give you a 'where are they now' view of what's been happening since the book came out.
The webinar is completely free and you can register here. If you have any specific topics you want covered or ideas for strategies please feel free to post a comment here or email me via "scot at channeladvisor.com".

Loved the Webinar!! You are awesome!
I have a question for ya. You mention the decline of active buyers on eBay which I am aware of too. What is eBay doing to cure that? I mean I dont see ads in magazines anymore hardly. I used to see billboards along the interstates here around Chicago and those are gone. They should have bucked up some cash and got some Super Bowl spots. Look what it did for GoDaddy!! Like 2 days ago for .20 listing day, now eBay is flooded with product for the next week but no more buyers than we had the last time we had a discount listing day.
Personally I dont fall into their gimmicks but thats just me. I do my day to day stuff and try not to pay attention to stuff like that.
What do you know of that they are doing to bring in new buyers?
Thanks
Ron
