Welcome Marketworks!
First, sorry for being slow on posting lately. Second - last week ChannelAdvisor announced that we acquired Marketworks. I was in Atlanta earlier in the week meeting the team and talking two customers. This was a significant milestone for us at ChannelAdvisor because we now have a unified company that represents:
- 5,500 customers
- $2.5b in GMV annualized
- and by our calculations over 30% of eBay's largest sellers are now ChannelAdvisor customers
If you're a Marketworks customer and have been reading the blog - Welcome! Also in my on-site visit, it was great to meet the MW team and welcome them to the CA family. We're going to enjoy having these folks as part of the company. Look for more news as we work to integrate the leading two platforms for selling on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.
Hey, I was at the ebay conference in sydney and looking at the 2 stands, 1 Channel Advisor and 2 Marketworks. It was really obvious that CA was going to swallow MW whole. And to my delight this news was announced the next day! Congrats. NOW can we (channel advisor) customers please hack our CA store templates????
