Cashback+coupons - helping fight the downturn - webinar tomorrow.

It's official, ChannelAdvisor has been working with eBay diligently over the last month and we are excited to let everyone know that just in time for the holidays Microsoft's live.com cash-back system now works with the ChannelAdvisor checkout redirect system!  Consumers can save up to 30% with this promotion so it's very important and getting a lot of traction on eBay already, with more to come.

We'll be going over how everything works in a webinar Wednesday, November 26th at 2pm ET and a couple of other 'last minute holiday' prep topics.

Topics we'll cover:
  • Highlights of eBay's promotions that are ramping NOW
  • Focus on coupons
  • Focus on MS live cashback
  • CA and coupons
  • CA and cashback
  • Holiday DSR tips
  • Holiday FP30 tips
  • Update on the UK VAT issue
  • Q+A - please limit to one Q per caller.
I'm looking forward to the webinar and we're all (eBay+CA) excited that we were able to get this done for our customes in time for the holidays!

Comments

It is now February and we are receiving 100's of complaints from customers who have not received their rebates from Live Cashback. We also purchased several items and have over $350.00 in cashback available and the account continues to show "failed" when trying to deposit the funds to our Paypal account. Cashback and Paypal informed us the issue would be resolved 2 weeks ago and it still persists. We are now under the assumption that either they do not have the funds to pay us due to economic conditions or this was an outright fraud/scam by Ebay to generate revenue. It is pathetic that we have come to this point and that our customers are not being paid their cashback and that we took advantage of what we thought was a can't miss program and got screwed.

Sorry, great news but....is this just for USA customers?

Cheers.
